B. Equipment & Products

If Viyalta sells any physical equipment or products, those items may be eligible for return and refund under our Refund Policy. Returns must be in original condition within 30 days of purchase.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Minnesota.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severed from these Terms and will not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions.

These Terms, together with any Service Agreement you enter into with Viyalta, constitute the entire agreement between you and Viyalta regarding our website and services, superseding any prior agreements.
